HOW TO ORDER Please send an e-mail with your name and address and the bobbin name and colour (silver, for uncoloured) and spangle colour in brackets, if required. This spangling is available for an extra £1.50. Please indicate how you wish to pay (see below). We will send a return e-mail with our address details and confirmation that requested bobbins have been removed from sale and set aside for postage. Do you have any special bobbin requirements - send us an e-mail with a description of the bobbin required for a quote Cheque payment UK payment only by cheque, made payable to RGS Engineering, orders will be posted as soon as your cheque clears. Paypal (credit of debit card) Payment UK and overseas payment through Paypal invoice, this will enable payment with credit card through a secure server, you do not have to have a paypal account. Once your order has been received we will send you a paypal invoice, just follow the link to the Paypal website where you will be able to pay using your debt or credit card or by bank transfer. Your bobbins will be set aside for a minimum of 14 days while awaiting your payment to arrive, before being put up for sale again. POSTAGE As soon as payment is received an e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt (if you are on line). If registered post is required please ask, this service will increase postage costs. All orders will have a receipt of postage, UK Postage Charges
OVERSEAS ORDERS Overseas orders are welcome but payment must be through paypal invoice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Please allow 21 days from delivery.
